DNA

Seamless Fusion DNA Library Construction

Seamless Fusion Library Construction Technology is a new and high-efficiency library construction technology. It introduces homologous sequences at the linker when preparing for cDNA or gDNA fragments to further enrich DNA. The construction process of the library does not have special requirements for the size of the fragment. Compared with the traditional enzyme cutting method, it is more suitable for the construction of a large DNA library and the construction of a full -length uniform cDNA library.
HES

HES High-throughput Enzyme Screening

HES High-throughput Enzyme Screening use arabinose, glycerol and glucose as the combined inducer which is much cheaper than IPTG. From clone selection to induction of target protein expression, the whole process do not need OD detection , adding inducer. With 48/96-wells deep plates, HES can make high-throughput enzyme screening efficiently.

    A Powdered Packaging: 10/25kg/bag/ drum/can or according to client request.  according to client request. Of course, if you have special requirements on them, we will according to you.

    A For the low price product,  we can provide samples for free, you only need to pay  the logistics fee. For  high price product, you can get samples at a very favourable price.
